Replacement of gutter and downspout heat trace (tape) system including controllers, breakers, junction boxes, fasteners, conduit, and wiring installation. Includes demolition of existing system and adherence to NFPA and electrical codes. Scope of work: o Demo the existing heat trace (tape), fasteners, applicable junction boxes, any unused conduit/ seal tight, and controller/s. Bid to include new controller/s, applicable breakers, junction boxes, fasteners, conduit/ seal-tight, and proper wiring meeting NFPA and electrical codes. Heat trace (tape) to be installed on the gutters and the full length of the downspouts. All existing penetrations that may be reused must be reviewed to make sure they are weather tight and sealed. Contractors need to use their own aerial lift/s and follow all OSHA safety standards when working at heights and on the roof. Bidder to provide lead times on materials and start of work. o Sunnycrest Manor must be notified five business workdays prior to starting work. Contractors who will be storing aerial lifts, equipment, and materials must notify Sunnycrest Manor so accommodation can be made. Provide the option to allow the Board of Trustees to purchase all or any equipment and materials for this project if cost effective
