The Forest Service is seeking engineering services for construction work associated with upgrading undersized culverts to road bridges over Lodgepole Creek and Ninemile Creek along the Little Wenatchee Road (Forest Road 6500). Work includes construction survey and staking, developing and implementing an erosion control plan and a dewatering plan including fish salvage, removing and disposing of existing culvert and footings, road and channel excavation, reconstructing a stream channel, furnishing and installing a prestressed concrete slab bridge and precast concrete abutments, furnishing and installing a prestressed concrete bulb tee bridge and cast in place micro piles and pile cap, re-grading, reconstructing and repaving roadway approaches, supplying and installing permanent traffic control features, and restoring and re-planting the site after construction is complete. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental supplies necessary to perform all work described in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract.
