Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Clay Center, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the Proposal that is in the best interest of the District. 1. The final purchase price of the house shall be the sum of the hard costs incurred during the construction of the home plus a minimum of $5,000. 2. The house will be constructed through the drywall phase of construction on school grounds. Once this phase of construction is completed, the house will be sold to the buyer and the house is to be removed by the buyer at the buyer's expense. 3. The buyer shall submit the final payment for all costs plus the additional bid amount prior to removing the house from the school grounds. 4.
