Specifications and bid forms can be obtained at the Mercer County Commissioners Office. The Board of County Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities, and to accept the bid which in their sole discretion best meets the needs of the Mercer County Sanitary Department.
