These issues have led to ongoing water intrusion, risking structural damage and mold growth. Replacing it with a TPOroofing system will ensure the station has a durable, weather-resistant solution that will prevent further damage and reduce future repair costs. C. Station 109, 5634 Robertson Ave., Carmichael, CA 95608 The existing roof on Station 109 is 30-years old, far exceeding the typical lifespan for a rolled roofing system. Over time, it has developed significant wear, including leaks, water damage, and weakened materials. The result is reduced structural integrity and potential safety risks. Replacing the existing roof with a TPO roof will ensure a longer lifespan, better energy efficiency, and improved weather resistance. It will also provide better station protection and reduce future maintenance costs. D. Metro Fire Headquarters, 10545 Armstrong Ave, Mather, CA 95655 The roof on the Metro Fire Headquarters building is a 25-year old rolled roofing system that has surpassed its expected lifespan, experiencing widespread leaks, water penetration, and scupper corrosion, which is causing damage to the underlying sheathing and structural components. To prevent further deterioration, the roof will be replaced with a durable TPO system, providing better weather resistance and longevity for the building.
