Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Carmichael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Complete roof replacement for three fire station locations: Metro Fire Stations 65, 106, and 109. The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as "Metro Fire" or "District") is soliciting written bids from qualified contractors holding a current and valid California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) C-39 Roofing Contractor license (Contractor or Bidder) to complete up to three complete reroof projects (Project). Contractor shall perform the Project in accordance with Federal , State, and local laws and regulations, in addition to adhering to all applicable Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH /Cal-OSHA) guidelines. This is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations ( DIR). To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must be registered with the DIR as a Public Works Contractor ( PWC) prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. All required contractors' licenses and Contractor and subcontractor PWC registration statuses shall remain current and valid through the duration of the Project.
