Site work for a civil project in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The work includes road improvements on Adams Road entering the Eureka Wastewater Treatment Plant, raising the levee around the wastewater treatment plant to increase flood protection from Walnut Creek, and installing new precast box culverts and cast-in place wingwalls under Adams Road. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The anticipated start date in July with substantial completion date of April 24, 2027 and final completion date of May 01, 2027.
