The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified service providers for Bypass Pumping Services on an Annual Contract with four (4) renewal options for the Department of Water Resources. Bids are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. Award will be made to the service provider submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowestresponsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion. This request will assist Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (GCDWR) in selecting service providers to provide bypass pumping service support for maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and troubleshooting of the existing water and wastewater infrastructure; including treatment facilities, pump stations, and gravity sewers. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation, and work will be procured on an "asneeded" basis via Work Authorization approvals per request.
