The Midway Fire District (District) is requesting qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide Progressive Design-Build Services for a new Fire Station 36 within the Districts boundaries in Santa Rosa County, Florida. This Request for Qualifications is issued pursuant to the Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), and encompasses a complete scope of services including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. The firm selected through this process will work closely with the District throughout all phases of project delivery to ensure the successful completion of this critical facility.
