Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fairfield, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Provide preventative maintenance services for the vacuum system, including routine inspections and thorough cleaning of the entire system and surrounding housing. Work includes proper lubrication of all moving parts, including rotary valves, seals, and piping, to ensure reliable operation and extend equipment life. Remove and replace air filters, vacuum pumps, and other vacuum system-related components as required. All replacement parts shall be new and unused; refurbished or rebuilt components are not permitted. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain the system in proper working condition and ensure continued operational performance. All work, including the handling and disposal of any hazardous materials, shall be performed in strict accordance with applicable federal, state, and environmental regulations. Period of performance : Base Year - 14 September 2026 to 13 September 2027 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
