The Indian Valley Vocational Center ("IVVC") invites the submission of bids for the following projects: Bender Excavation The following items (" 310 Bender St. Excavation Project") shall be completed by Contractor, to the satisfaction of the School, and in accordance with the provisions set forth herein: _ JOB DESCRIPTION: _ Excavate lot per blueprint specifications and local code _ Remove excess material from site _ Purchase and install culvert to site specifications _ Provide finished grade _ On site inspection required prior to bid. Presentation of the bid requires a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of proposal amount. In addition, a Performance Bond in the amount of the full proposal amount shall be required to be submitted by the successful Bidder. The IVVC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality, or irregularity in the bids received, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. All bids submitted must be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above. The IVVC further reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible Bidder whose offer best responds in quality, fitness, and capacity to the requirements of the proposed work and therefore is in the best interests of the IVVC. The project includes the excavating labor and material as set forth in the enclosed Specification to Bid and Blueprint; which generally consists of excavation materials and labor for an 1900 sq ft residential home.
