Reference Number 0000428696 The City of Warwick is requesting proposals for the design and installation of a commercial irrigation system at the City Hall Plaza. The site consists of approximately 12,000sf of lawn area and 1,200sf of shrub and tree areas to be irrigated. See attached plans for additional requirements. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/14/2026 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bid date notes: All bids should be submitted with one (1) original and two (2) copies in a sealed envelope (total of three (3) copies), which should read: YOUR COMPANY NAME plainly marked on the exterior of the envelope as well as "Bid2027-072 City Hall Plaza Irrigation System Design-Build Project RFP". No bids will be accepted via Facsimile or email. Multiple bids by one supplier will be not be accepted and will be disqualified. All bids must be sealed.
