Conversion of the existing Diamond Peak sewage lift station from a dry-pit pump vault to a submersible lift station, including replacement of the generator and automatic transfer switch. Deadline for RFI Submittals Date and Time: Monday, July 13, 2026 5:00 PM $800,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All perspective bidders shall request bid access to bidding portal by emailing a request to Darrin Miller, dmiller@washoecounty.gov, prior to Deadline for RFI Submittals. The scope of work generally includes bypass pumping, lining the wet well, a new valve vault, new meter manhole, new pigging connection vault, submersible sewage pumps, mixer, fittings, valves, piping, force main reconnection and electrical and controls components. Demolition of the existing lift station is also included, as well as miscellaneous site work, pavement, concrete flatwork and fencing, as contained in the Contract Documents. Additive alternate work is also included for replacement of the generator and automatic transfer switch.
