The work includes all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the project in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the contract documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The major work items include the construction of new sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, residential driveways, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bidders must comply with Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 regarding the use of apprentices on public works.
