The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) seeks sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide maintenance operations at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) Airside Alpha and Bravo Infields. The work includes, but is not limited to, pavement preparation, placement of Type II Micro surfacing, and placing and maintaining traffic control. The contractor is to provide all materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities, and all incidental items necessary to complete the scope of work according to provided specifications, drawings, and plans. Bidders are required to submit one original hard copy and one electronic copy of their bid on a flash drive. All bid documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package properly marked with the bid number, title, bidder’s name and address, and the due date and time. Mailed bids must be enclosed within a second envelope with "BID ENCLOSED" marked on the outside. Late, oral, telephonic, faxed, emailed, or electronically submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery and should monitor for any addenda related to the bid opportunity.
