The City of Morgantown is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering and architectural firms to provide on-call professional services. Services may include, but are not limited to, concept design, preparation of plans and specifications, surveying, traffic studies, permit review, construction administration and inspection services for various City projects and planning initiatives. Leading firms will be invited to participate in interviews with the selection committee. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 at 3:00 PM ET All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted electronically via email to: Damien Davis at ddavis@morgantownwv.gov, and Madison Brotosky at mnbrotosky@morgantownwv.gov. Questions will be answered by 3:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway." RFQ Notes: Submissions received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Offerors are responsible for ensuring submissions are received by the specified deadline. Firms must provide one (1) PDF version (on a USB drive) and three (3) hard copies of the SOQ that address all sections of the submission requirements.
