Renovation of a fire / police facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City is requesting proposals for procurement and installation of a Source Capture Exhaust System for the Norwood Fire Station. Norwood Fire Station, located at 100 Hillcrest Street, Morgantown, WV 26505. This project is funded through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program and will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price contract. All work must be completed and invoiced no later than August 10, 2026.T he Contractor shall provide a complete Source Capture Exhaust System and shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver, install , and place the system into full operational use . DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS :- The deadline for questions is 7/8/2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted in writing to J. Damien Davis , Director of Public Works and Chief Gary Freshour, MFD.
