New crushed aggregate base (CAB) to be compacted to 92% or above per Los Anges County Green Book Specification. CAB restoration to be done in 3/4-inch lifts.. New asphalt to be 4-inches with 1 /2-inch fine Type 3 C3 Asphalt Mix. No permitting or traffic control will be required. All valve stacks and manholes in this area to remain at same level. Award of contract will be based on the lowest price of the sum of the Tapia Pavement Job and Rancho Pavement Job. 3.2. 2 Rancho Pavement Job 2-inches of existing asphalt (4,700 square-feet) grinded down and capped with 1/2-inch fine Type 3 C3 Asphalt Mix. Existing 6- inches of dirt removed from 9,818 square-feet area. No hauling costs included, spoils to remain at the Rancho Site. 6-inches of CAB to be installed and compacted to a minimum of 92% and paved back with 1 /2-inch fine Type 3 C3 Asphalt Mix. New 4-inches of asphalt (14,518 total square-feet) to be sloped from edge of building toward top of curb. No permitting or traffic control will be required.
