The initial contract is for 12 months with a provision for four additional one-year renewals at the District's option. Approximately 500 pressure regulators are anticipated to be changed out over the initial twelve months and each year thereafter. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Submitters will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of the bid.
