Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
As of August 14, 2026 project was not awarded. No definite date for the rebid. Install ADA door operators and buttons at two 5+ story UNR buildings--Argenta Hall and Raggio. Scope includes replacing double doors with sliding doors, adding a card reader at Argenta, and selective demolition and refinishing of two Raggio restrooms for accessible entry. All documents must be submitted electronically. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and an Installation Floater. Refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement for limits and additional information. Special considerations include building heights of over 3 stories. Construction at Argenta Hall must occur from 12/17/2026 through 01/18/2027 only. Construction at William J. Raggio is to start as soon as possible. Completion of work is subject to change by the Owner. Liquidated Damages: $500 per day Question Deadline 07/20/2026 at 5:00 PM PT *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
