The Owner intends to enter an agreement for the replacement of the HVAC system at a specified location. The replacement project involves substituting the old boiler and window air conditioning system with a water source geothermal system featuring packaged vertical heat pumps in classrooms and a horizontal wellfield on site. The gymnasium will be served by a packaged rooftop unit. The project is for approximately 70,000 square feet with an estimated budget of $6,500,000-$7,500,000. Required services include pre-construction and construction phase participation, covering design development and construction documents. The agreement will use the AIA A133-2019 form and the procurement is contingent upon a successful bond referendum. Construction is planned to begin after that, with phasing through completion. Construction is anticipated to start the summer of 2027 and be phased through the summer of 2028. All dates are subject to change as the project is developed.
