Prepare a Stipulated Sum Proposal based on the provided Instructions to Bidders and associated Documents. Initial each page on the Bid Recording Sheet (Scope of work) confirming scope which includes Excavation & Backfill and Waterproofing. Submit a completed tender proposal form without pricing, as well as a signed Turner NDA & Conflict of Interest on MERX. Do not submit any additional qualification letters or modifications to the Bid Recording Sheets, as this may result in your bid being deemed non-compliant. Bidders submitting for multiple bid packages should do so with the understanding that proposals will be evaluated and potentially awarded separately. All required documents must be uploaded to MERX using a user name and password. Emailed RFIs and bids will not be accepted; it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to upload all required documents to MERX.
