Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes installing a new 6-IN sanitary sewer force main to replace the existing 4-IN force main that connects the Stewart Park east and west lift stations. The project includes two alternatives: one for horizontal directional drilling and one for open cut installation of approximately 1,700 LF of force main. Other work included in the project is rock removal, asphalt paving, gravel path restoration, bypass pumping, and erosion control. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price. The Village of Mount Horeb reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. For further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
