The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order on a brand name only basis for Lockmaster parts. Under Federal Specification FF-L-2890C, only two pedestrian door deadbolt devices are approved to meet both DoW Lock Program security criteria and local Fire Marshal life safety egress requirements. Qualified suppliers including authorized distributors only will be considered and must meet the Government's minimum requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All resellers shall provide proof of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized reseller status.
