**As of August 18, 2026, the project was awarded to The Scruggs Company, with an awarded amount of $1,576,795.95.** 2026 LRA- Contractor to install Leveling, Double Chip and Sand seal, and Soil Cement. Surface treatment roads shall be constructed as per County specifications. All work completed shall be per GDOT specifications and Worth County standards. Bonds Required: (1) Performance Bond is required in the amount of the bid. (2) Public Liability (3) Property Damage. The Worth County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any technicalities or informalities associated with the bid or proposal, and to make the award that it deems in the best interest of the County.
