The subject line of the email should be titled: Questions for BCTD, Black Mountain Tower Project 2026 RFSB The physical location of the Project, which shall be located at the top of Black Mountain in rural Boundary County within the National Forest. To access the site, take U.S. Highway 95 South from Bonners Ferry, Idaho nine (9) miles to Twenty Mile Road. Turn east on Twenty Mile road until you reach the top of the mountain
