Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Imperial Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot office development; 2,600-square-foot industrial development; for site work for a industrial development; and office development.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new approximate 2,500 SF office building, 2,600 SF shop building, and all associated site work. The office consists of a wood framed slab on grade structure which includes offices, board room, restrooms, break room and other associated spaces. The shop consists of a wood framed slab on grade structure which includes a large open shop area. Site improvements for new office and shop facilities to include a parking lot, utilities, retaining walls and a stormwater detention basin and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bid packages will be available and may be obtained from the office of Cochran with payment of a non-refundable fee for a hard copy set, or a complimentary digital copy may be requested. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must submit a sworn affidavit and documentation affirming the business entity's enrollment and participation in the federal work authorization program and that all of its employees working for the contracted services are not illegal immigrants. Upon signing the contract, the successful contractor and any subcontractor performing the work shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The owner intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid.
