Completed plans call for the addition of a 32,000-square-foot educational facility; for the remodel of a 50,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project consists of: 32,000 sf addition to and 50,000 sf renovation of the existing Knoxville Junior High School for grades 5-8 to accommodate K-8 programming, including all associated site work.
