Description

Site work and renovation of a library in Westmont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.

The project consists of: the addition of new gutters, downspouts, and associated site improvements. Replacement of the existing fire alarm system. Installation of a new rated enclosure for existing boiler flue. Refer to electrical drawings for minor mechanical scope related to boiler flue enclosure. Bidders must provide a certified check, cashier's check or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the gross amount of the total Bid, including all alternates, with their Bid Form. Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The successful Bidder shall furnish all required bonds and certificates of insurance within the time required by the contract documents.
