Site work, new construction and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Westmont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk removal and replacement, new sidewalk installation, detectable warnings, curb, and associated restoration. The proposed construction consists of approximately 18,800 sf of sidewalk removal and replacement, 1500 sf of new sidewalk installation, detectable warnings, curb, associated restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO). This work involves removal and replacement of existing sidewalk and curb at various locations in the Oakwood Subdivision neighborhood that have been identified as in need of repair, as well as associated restoration.
