The Village of Westmont is accepting bids from authorized contractors to demolish the existing buildings located at 20-26 E. Quincy Street. The work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, utility disconnections, backfill and restoration, traffic control and protection. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the bid opening to Virgil Viscuso, vviscuso@westmont.il.gov. The deadline for questions is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2026 by 10:00 A.M.
