The Phase 1 Environmental Assessment report, prepared by Altec Environmental Consulting , LLC has been included. Bonds: 50% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond Question Deadline 07/14/2026 at 3:00 PM CT.
