Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Flowood, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Improvements to the existing storm drainage pipe system including CIPP of existing storm drain and erosion control. The project scope is to make certain improvements to the existing storm drainage pipe system in the Laurelwood Subdivision drainage area. The work required will include but not be limited to: CIPP of existing storm drain, erosion control , and all other work required as shown on the Construction Plans and in the Contract Documents and Specifications. The total Contract Time will be 120 consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages at $500.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing or via email to Engineer (bknight@benchmarkms.net). Interpretations or clarifications will be issued by Addenda mailed or emailed to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Only answers to questions by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by Owner or Engineer. No addenda will be issued within forty-eight (48) hours of the advertised bid time, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holiday
