Landscaping services are required for the National Weather Service office, including maintaining the grounds to ensure a neat, safe, and professional appearance. Work generally involves routine lawn care such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control; seasonal activities such as fertilisation, mulching, and leaf removal; and upkeep of landscaped areas, shrubs, and other vegetation. The contractor is expected to follow all instructions and submission requirements outlined in the RFQ, including compliance with specified performance standards, schedules, and reporting expectations. All quotation submissions must adhere to the detailed guidance provided in Section 2 for important dates, Section 6 for complete instructions on what to submit, and Section 7 for evaluation criteria. Location: National Weather Service Office, 234 Weather Service Dr, Jackson, MS 39232 Base Year: 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027 Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted electronically to sara.brunstetter@noaa.gov and casey.morrison@noaa.gov and are due no later than 1400 ET on 07/22/2026. Site visits are encouraged and permitted until 1400 ET on 7/22/2026. Refer to the Statement of Work for points of contact to set up the site visit.
