The City of Scranton Department of Business Administration is seeking separate sealed bids for City of Scranton 2026 Demolition Package #2. This document outlines the scope of work for the demolition of two residential structures within the City of Scranton; detailed requirements necessary for substantial completion are provided in the contract documents and specifications. Contractor is to pull permit for demolition, demolish the property, cap main sewer drain, break up any concrete flooring, clear brush off lot (not including any trees), call NEIC for inspection, clean back fill only on the lot and seed and hay the area. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 at 11:55 PM ET All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via electronically. All questions must be received before the deadline set forth. Inquiries received afterwards will not receive responses. No telephone calls with questions will be taken. The City of Scranton reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to request additional information from any bidder. The City further reserves the right to reject all bids and seek new bids when such procedure is considered to be in the best interest of the City.
