If written notice of the acceptance of the bid is mailed, telegraphed, or delivered to the undersigned within forty-five (45) days after the opening thereof, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the contract in the prescribed form (contract form on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works) and furnish the required performance and payment bonds, and to meet such insurance requirements as may be required, within ten days after the receipt of the official notice of award.
