Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) refit and maintenance services for an Eaton 9390 480V Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, including providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and resources necessary to perform inspection, electronics replacement, and ongoing maintenance. Work includes inspection of UPS electronics for suitability of SLEP, evaluation of capacitors, fans, batteries, and performance history, and testing of all power transfer conditions. Replacement of UPS electronics includes power modules, power supplies, control and interface boards, terminal blocks, and communication components. Maintenance services include cleaning and replacement of electrical components as needed, firmware updates, calibration, and functional testing. The effort provides a one-year service life extension program warranty with corrective maintenance support, including 24/7 availability and 8-hour on-site emergency response, and entitles the Government to purchase extended service coverage for up to 10 years.
