Demolition and site work for a bridge / tunnel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
The work includes demolition of the existing twin-arch corrugated metal culverts along Lincoln Avenue, open-cut installation of a new precast and cast in place box sewer, reconnection of adjoining storm sewers, installation of new cast in place connection and outfall structures, and restoration of pavements, sidewalk, and landscaping features. A virtual meeting for live vendor engagement question and answer session will be held on July 31 , 2026 at 10:00 AM CST Question Deadline 08/11/2026 All questions related to this proposed contract, pre-bid presentation, site tour, or interested bidders list must be directed in writing to the Designated Procurement Specialist no later than seven days before the bid opening date. Questions received after this deadline or directed to other contacts at the District will not be recognized.
