Renovation of a municipal facility in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items and services to remove, replace, and dispose of corroded roofing (approximately 3 panels or 50 sq ft) and associated flashing; install new 24-gauge metal roof panels; remove and dispose of approximately 1,200 sq ft of damaged sheetrock; and install new 5/8" marine-grade plywood. Bidders are to submit a complete proposal with a signed Standard Form (SF) 1442, a detailed price breakdown separating material, labor, equipment/travel, and disposal costs, and a technical proposal outlining their technical approach and project schedule. The technical approach should describe step-by-step how the work will be performed, including mobilization, demolition, installation, and site clean-up. The project schedule should provide a timeline for the start date, major milestones, and completion date. No pricing information should appear in the technical proposal. Incomplete submissions may be considered unresponsive and ineligible for award.
