Solicitation W50S8K26QA003 requests quotations for the repair of Building 99 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, St. Louis, MO. The evaluation will be conducted in two phases: Phase 1 requires interested contractors to submit documentation to evaluate technical risk; selected contractors in Phase 2 will be invited to attend a site visit and provide a price quotation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. See attachments for line item details and description of requirements.
