Demolition and renovation of a military facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for the demolition of a military facility.

Provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished items, to perform bathroom modernization repairs to Buildings 9 and 16 at 156th Wing at Muñiz ANG Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico as shown on drawings contained in the Statement of Works. The objective is to execute a comprehensive repair and renovation of the Building 9 restrooms to eliminate hazardous sewage odors, replace failing infrastructure, and modernize the facility including showers, floors, and fixtures to restore full functionality. Building 16 restrooms will require demolition of the existing shower floor and lower wall section to install a continuous, code-compliant waterproof pan liner, re-tiling the shower area impacted, and replacing the water-damaged, buckled vinyl flooring in the main hallway. Contractors must submit a completed Standard Form (SF) 1442, Section 00 10 00 Bid Schedule, and acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Magnitude of Construction: The Government's Target Price Range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
