SCOPE The selected contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the following at each building: Demolition (only areas that need repairs/improvement): Removal of the roofing materials, underlayment, and flashing down to the roof deck; Deck Inspection: Thorough inspection and assessment of the roof decking, Contractors should provide a recommendation for roof repairs and provide pricing for necessary replacement in needed areas; Installation: Installation of a [e.g., EPDM, TPO] roofing system in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes; Ventilation: Installation of new [ e.g., ridge vents, soffit vents, intake/exhaust] to meet manufacturer warranty requirements; Flashing and Drip Edge: Replacement of metal flashing, drip edges, and boot covers, as necessary; Safety: Installation of any necessary safety measures; Electrical: All electrical disconnections for careful work around any telemetry or equipment on the roof and reconnects of said telemetry or equipment; Permits: If applicable, the Contractor is responsible for securing all required permits and coordinating inspections.
