Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Sooke, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Work generally consists of: 1. Removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles and roofing accessories. 2. Inspection of roof deck and replacement of deteriorated sheathing as identified during construction. 3. Installation of self-adhered ice and water protection membrane at eaves, valleys, roof penetrations. 4. Installation of roofing underlayment membrane. 5. Installation of new asphalt shingles. 6. Installation of metal flashings, drip edge, ventilation components, flashings, and accessories. 7. Site protection, cleanup, and disposal of debris.
