Site work and new construction of a civil project in Sooke, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 13,500-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Work consists of the construction of a complete potable water system, including water supply, distribution, and storage infrastructure, for Sc'ianew First Nation (the Owner) located on Beecher Bay #1. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following components: - Construction and commissioning of two glass-fused-to-steel potable water storage tanks - Construction of a booster pump station - Installation of a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) kiosk - Installation of approximately 4.8 kilometres of watermain, with pipe diameters ranging from 100 mm to 250 mm -Mass excavation and trench rock excavation - Implementation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sediment control measures -Clearing and grubbing - Roadway and site improvements, including restoration as required Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca The question period for this tender will close at 3:00 pm on September 18, 2026.
