STAT . 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The Contractor shall 1. Perform its work in such a manner as to cause the least interference with adjoining property owners and the general public. 2. Construct the work in a sequence that will allow the utility work to follow immediately upon the construction of the access roadway. All restoration work shall be completed within one week of utility construction and testing. 3. Limit the area under construction at any given time to minimize the impacts to adjoining properties. 4. Limit the area under construction to the area (s) indicated on the plans, unless approved by the Engineer. Under construction is defined as the time period from Contractor mobilization. 5. All proposed access and haul roads must be approved by the Engineer. The Contractor cannot utilize newly paved streets as haul roads. Any damage to existing streets due to unapproved construction use will be repaired at the Contractor's expense. Construction of watermain infrastructure including installation of 6 inch, 16 inch, and 18 inch watermain, hydrants, HDPE casing pipe, access road construction, sediment control, and site restoration.
