The Bidder's Prequalification approval letter signed by the CTDOT Contracts Manager shall be included as part of the bid package submitted to the Municipality NOTE : A Surety Company Bond, on the form furnished by the Municipality, for at least 30 percent of the amount of the bid must accompany each proposal . A certified check will not be accepted.
