Demolition for a municipal facility in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Demolition of the structure located at 15 Redgrave Drive. Lcoation-The project work area is located in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The work covered under this section consists of the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish the above and below ground structure of 15 Redgrave Drive, including but not limited to site protection, disconnection and sealing of utilities including a sewer service lateral , dust control , and site backfill with competent material. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal of all steps, walls, driveways, sidewalks, etc. The entre parcel will be grass when completed . The Contractor shall seed and stabilize the site during and after construction to protect from erosion. All work shall conform, during its progress or on its completion , truly to the lines, levels and grades, and shall be built in a thoroughly substantial and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the plans and directions given from time to time by the Engineer, subject to such modifications and additions as shall be deemed necessary by the Engineer during its execution, and in no case shall any work in excess of the plan requirements and Specifications be paid for unless ordered in writing by the Owner or the Engineer. Location of Property 15 Redgrave Drive Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
