Bridge repairs and preservation services including bridge structural and maintenance work for the County Department of Public Works. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount). An original and one (1) copy of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder's name and address and the designation: a.
