The center serves people of all ages, welcoming over 1,500 patrons per week. The center offers senior programs, which include volleyball, bingo, cards, pool, and darts. Beulah Brinton is also a site for the senior lunch program. Youth classes include: baton, ballet, Fine Motor Marvels, Toddler Play Group, Tae Kwon Do, and more. Beulah Brinton also opportunities for volleyball and basketball. The 26,396 square foot building is a slab on grade steel frame construction with block exterior walls, metal panel uppers, a flat roof, double pane glazed aluminum windows, and glass store-front and HM doors. This study is intended to be a high-level budget and concept. It should identify practical and costeffective improvements that will extend the useful life of the facility, improve safety, accessibility, comfort, and operational efficiency, and support the long-term delivery of programs and services.
