Renovation of a military facility in Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Shaw AFB B1130 AFCENT A2 and STO Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Upgrade. Contractor shall procure and install DoD approved IDS equipment that complies with ICD 705, IDS GEN ADMIN, and the CMD. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, training, installation, operations, supervision, logistics support and other items as defined in this SOW. Contractor shall provide employees certified on Honeywell VINDICATOR and qualified to perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics, and programming into the current Honeywell VINDICATOR system at Bldg. 1130 AFCENT/A2. All work will be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors are highly encouraged to plan accordingly for base and facility access process. Base Access request form must be filled out and returned to the POCs for this opportunity. Offerors must annotate in their offer/quote that prices are valid until 31 August 2026. Cut-off for Contractor Questions due date: 21 July 2026, at 2:00 PM EST This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the general requirements for replacing the current IDS, ACS, and Badge Manager systems in Bldg. 1130 A2 and STO areas. The Panels (one AE-V3 IDS, one AE-V3 ACS) need to be replaced with upgraded devices with Windows 10/VR 22 firmware. The V5 panel will require a firmware upgrade. All sensors/keypads/duress buttons need to be upgraded to the newest approved device as specified in the Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database Equipment Approval letter from AFSFC/FP (CMD) and must have tampers on the individual devices and the tamper programmed as an alarm point. All alarm points will be a single alarm point with no daisy chaining of alarms. These upgraded systems will need to be integrated into the current AFCENT/A2 Headend IDS system that communicates with the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) and the Alt BDOC. All Network/IDS cabling will need to be replaced and run in conduit (if not already), and all Junction Boxes or Splice Points will need to have a tamper and alarm point associated and programmed into the system. The priority order for work to be completed is as follows: Bldg. 1130 -AFCENT/A2 Security Office Bldg. 1130 AFCENT/A2 SCIF Bldg. 1130-AFCENT/STO
